Drizzled this over some grilled chicken last night and the extra chili heat really builds without drowning out the honey sweetness. The 12oz bottles are a good size for the price, and I’ve already used it in a cocktail dressing that had a nice spicy finish.
This honey has a serious kick but the sweetness balances it out perfectly. I drizzled it over pizza and even stirred some into a cocktail, and both were amazing. Two bottles won't last me long.
Glad I grabbed the 2-pack because one bottle won't last long in my kitchen. The extra chili kick is real, but it's still got that honey sweetness to balance it, which makes it perfect for spicing up a boring cheese board. Just wish the bottles were a bit bigger.
